Initiate Your Request

Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

Await Approval

Our quality control team will review your request within 48 business hours to ensure the items are eligible for return under our wholesale guidelines.

Secure Packaging

Once approved, pack the items securely in their original shipping cartons and attach the provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label to the outside.

Ship and Refund

Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of our warehouse receiving the goods.
